Awana Registration Form Error

Occasionally the Awana Registration Form fails to display as designed. The root cause is unknown, however, a couple of workarounds have been identified:

1. Try opening the registration form directly in Google Forms by clicking here.
2. Try copying the following link text into a different browser or into a private or incognito browser window: https://www.oaklandbc.com/awana
