Awana is a gospel-based program for children offered on Wednesday evenings through the school year at Oakland.  Children learn about having a personal relationship with Jesus through Scripture memory, missions, fellowship and fun.

Sparks and Truth in Training club members also participate in area and regional Games and Bible Quiz Events.

Be diligent to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who doesn't need to be ashamed, correctly teaching the word of truth. (2 Tim 2:15 CSB)

Kidz R.O.C.

Kidz Roc

Bring your k-4th grade kids to Kidz R.O.C. (Reaching Out For Christ) a Sunday morning program for children kindergarten- 4th grade; designed to be the "best part of a kids week" .

They will enjoy videos, playing games, singing, projects, and so much more. But most importantly they will learn about God's greatest gift... Jesus. 

Sundays from 9:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.    In the Kid Zone of the Annex building.

Warehouse 180

Warehouse 180 is the place to be for all teenagers! Oakland’s Youth Ministry is led by adult volunteers and parents.

Sunday Morning

  • Youth Small Groups meet in the Annex Youth Zone at 9:45 a.m. Groups are divided by ages. Middle and high school are also divided into groups for young men and young women.
